Who It’s For

Why Do This Course

Get Into Healthcare Fast

Around sixty hours of study, and no clinical training needed to start.

Learn The Software First

Medtech runs in many Irish practices, and it is taught here.

Steady Work, Steady Hours

Front desk roles sit in clinics, surgeries and hospitals all over.

Where The Skills Fit

Where These Skills Could Take You

These skills sit at the front desk of surgeries, clinics and hospitals. The day is arrivals, phones, appointments and keeping records straight.

Medical Receptionist

First face and first voice of a practice.

Patient Services Officer

Guide people through appointments and forms.

Healthcare Front Desk Assistant

Keep arrivals moving on a busy morning.

Health Practice Receptionist

Diaries, referrals and phones in one seat.

Medical Administration Assistant

Outpatient Receptionist

Book clinics and check patients in.

Medical Office Support

Allied Health Receptionist

Front desk for physio, dental or similar.

Roles where these skills are useful, not promised outcomes. Every job is different, and some ask for more study or experience.
