Who It’s For

Why Do This Course

Design For Other People

Learn to plan a space for how someone lives in it.

Back Your Own Taste

Colour, light and materials stop being guesswork.

Have Something To Show

You finish with a portfolio, which is what clients ask for.

Where The Skills Fit

Where These Skills Could Take You

Interior work splits between studios, showrooms and going out on your own. Days look like measuring rooms, picking finishes, drawing layouts and talking clients through options.

Interior Design Assistant

Support a designer through live projects.

Home Decor Consultant

Advise on colour, finishes and furniture.

Residential Design Stylist

Pull a home together room by room.

Furniture & Layout Planner

Work out what fits and where.

Showroom Stylist

Set up displays that sell the look.

Freelance Interior Designer

Take your own clients and briefs.

Colour Scheme Advisor

Build palettes that hold together.

Home Staging Consultant

Dress houses for sale or rent.

Roles where these skills are useful, not promised outcomes. Every job is different, and studio work often asks for a portfolio and some project time first.

Good to Know

Common Questions

Do I need design experience?

None. It starts at fundamentals and builds from there.

Do I need software?

Not for this one. It teaches design thinking, not 3D packages.

Are there exams?

None, ever. You move through the topics at your own speed.

How long do I get?

Twelve months of access, open at any hour.

Will I have work to show?

Yes. Building a portfolio is part of the course.

Can I take my own clients after?

Interior design is not a closed trade here, so many people start with friends, then small rooms, then paying work. The portfolio matters more than anything else, and you leave with one.

Is this course accredited?

It is accredited by ICOES and the CPD Standards Office, and it earns CPD credits. It is not a QQI course and not a national award. Design clients judge the folio in front of them, and that is what this builds.

What if it is not for me?

There is a money back guarantee for the first fourteen days, less the admin fee.
