The nationally recognised CHC30213 Certificate III + CHC40213 Certificate IV in Education Support will teach you how to assist with the implementation of planned educational programs, contribute to student education in all developmental domains and support the development of numeracy, literacy and oral language skills. As an assistant educator or teacher aide, you will contribute to the management of a classroom or centre, facilitate learning for students with additional needs, plus much more!

This dual qualification is delivered through a blended learning approach and will provide you with the skills, knowledge and valuable experience required to establish a long-term career in the education and care sector, effectively making a difference in children’s lives to develop their skillsets and confidence. You have up to 24 months to complete the course with 100 hours of required work placement to teach you real-world skills in education and working with children.

Upon course completion you will graduate with two nationally recognised qualifications and be qualified to work as a teacher aide or education officer, assisting staff in the day-to-day running of public and independent schools and community education settings. You may also choose to work as a special needs teacher aide, assisting teachers in educating children with learning difficulties.
